How managers use Echoes

In this onboarding process, we'll guide you through the key features and functionalities of Echoes, ensuring that you're equipped with the necessary knowledge to leverage its full potential. We're committed to your success, and our dedicated support team is always available to assist you with any questions or challenges you may encounter.
Reports in Echoes are organized around teams, making their configuration crucial to using the product. You already created or joined a team during your onboarding, you can now manage its members by either searching for them or inviting them.
Echoes automatically identifies opportunities for improvements, and issues that are holding your teams back.
It acts as your copilot by surfacing the right information at the right time. For example, Echoes may identify that:
- A team’s lead time is higher than the rest of the organization
- A team seems to be dependent on another one for code reviews
- Some of your teammates has been working a lot over these last weeks
- A pull request has been under review for an unusually extended period
… and many more. You are presented with the insights of your team, and any other teams under your direct responsibility.
Insights are distributed across the three components of engineering success
- Alignment: insights related to the team's alignment to business objectives, or its ability to deliver the most impact. These insights typically leverage categorized engineering activity.
- Delivery: insights related to the team’s delivery performance. This category is typically based on performance metrics.
- Health: insights related to a team's context and its conditions to thrive.
