Account Owners & Managers can manage the members of their organization via the settings members page. On this page members can be searched by:

By default the search is setup to be looking at user's name or email and return the list of user that contain the string searched for. It is case insensitive.

By selecting the Identity Provider option in the Search by it then possible to search for a specific identity provider. It is case insensitive.
