Insights are risks and opportunities for improvements that Echoes automatically identifies based on the data it collects. They are a constantly growing collection of behaviors and best practices that Echoes detects to help your teams live up to their full potential.

# Reports

An engineering organization cannot be succesful on its own, especially in a time when tech has become central to so many business. Reports are useful to communicate both *internally* to the members of the tech organization, and *externally* to our stakeholders in other functions.

Reports are centered on the team rather than the individual. They are designed to shine a light on the activity of engineering in a way that anybody can understand, in order to break silos and help make better decisions collectively.
