Echoes exposes APIs for both [feeding additional data](docId\:vfWrfNPP-yoYIhxf4c_mL) (e.g., [releases](docId\:Hx6_LKqJNBZgy8wk82b3N) and [incidents](docId\:OZAF_nXuGztgEdxNCpLvv) information) and [exporting data](docId\:NvcfUoJNX1_nS1Xt26HzK). Authentication is supported:

- Via HTTP header: `Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY`
- Via query parameter: `apikey=YOUR_API_KEY`

# Create an API Key

You can generate API keys under [Security](https://app.echoeshq.com/admin/security).

## Step 1

Click on the **New API Key** button on the top left.

## Step 2

Fill the information and Save

## Step 3

Copy the API Key in a safe location

# Edit an API Key

Click on the **Actions > Edit** button.

# Delete an API Key

Click on the **Actions > Delete** button.
